How I work
Support for your WordPress install
1. Review
I check versions, hosting, critical plugins and known warnings — and prioritise what matters most for risk or impact.
2. Backup & update
Backup first (or yours if it’s reliable). Then core, theme and plugins in an order that limits downtime — with rollback if something goes wrong.
3. Fix & improve
Broken features, slow loads or security cleanup: I trace symptoms to the cause. Goal: a site that’s safe to run and pleasant to use.
4. Summary & follow-up
Short summary of what changed. For ongoing check-ins or ad hoc help we use hours or clip cards as needed.

When does professional WordPress help pay off?
WordPress needs ongoing updates and care. Skipping them raises the risk of both security issues and broken themes or plugins — especially on slower hosting or stacks with many extensions.
I work on anything from brochure sites to WooCommerce shops: backup before changes, updates in a safe order, troubleshooting when something breaks, and concrete speed and security work you can measure.
You talk to the same person end to end — no support queue or account manager. Rate: DKK 650/hour excl. VAT; clip cards reduce the effective hourly rate when you buy hours upfront.
WordPress help for businesses in Denmark
I help sole traders, associations and small teams who need stable operations — not necessarily a full-time technician. Collaboration is online with clear notes on what changed and what’s next.
Whether the site was built by an agency, a colleague or yourself, I can step in, assess and propose a safe next step. Send the link and a short description of the issue or goal — I’ll reply with a time estimate and price outline.
WordPress help — FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does WordPress help and maintenance cost?
DKK 650/hour excl. VAT — same as my other services. You pay for time actually used; clip cards come with a discount. I don’t sell a mandatory monthly retainer by default, but we can schedule small recurring check-ins if you want.
What do you typically help with?
Core/theme/plugin updates with backup first, troubleshooting (white screen, 500 errors, plugin conflicts), security and cleanup after compromise, performance (caching, images, heavy scripts), and tweaks in Elementor, WooCommerce, etc.
Why do updates matter?
Out-of-date WordPress, themes and extensions are a common source of breaches and breakages after updates. I back up, update in a sensible order, and test to keep risk low.
Can you take over a site I didn’t build?
Yes. I work with existing installs regardless of who built them. First step is a short review of hosting, versions and critical plugins — then a plan for updates or fixes.
Do you work across Denmark?
Yes. Everything runs online — email, phone and video — from Copenhagen to anywhere in the country.
Do you help with WooCommerce?
Yes — checkout, payments, shipping, products and typical shop issues. I’ve worked with WooCommerce for many years.
My site is broken or hacked — what should I do?
Email or call with the URL and a short description. I review logs, files and backup options, remove malware where appropriate, restore stable versions and close obvious gaps. For urgent downtime I prioritise getting the site safe and readable again.
How fast do you reply?
On weekdays I usually reply within a couple of hours. Larger scopes get a time estimate before you commit.
Need help with your WordPress site?
Send the URL and a short note on what’s wrong — or that you want a security and update pass. I’ll reply with next steps and a price range. No commitment.
